churches have the capacity to design their ministry at a specific target group.&nbsp; Without the baggage of traditions, sacred cows, strong congregational opinions and perhaps even past conflicts, new church plants experience more freedom to explore methods of ministry that have a dramatic impact in a neighborhood.&nbsp; The result:&nbsp; people come to know Jesus more often in a church plant than is the norm for existing churches.<br />
