Renewal of an existing church can be hard work, but it is often extremely rewarding! Several sessions are involved in helping a church catch a new vision for the future.
Following a church-wide survey pertaining to the church's current health, churches then select 
several people from the congregation to provide significant time for evaluation, dreaming, discussing and planning. This group is called the "working team, and is usually made up of 15-25 dedicated people." The entire church is also involved in the project from time to time.
