EMPLOYMENT: College

Assistant or Associate Professor of Visual Art (Graphic Design): Primary teaching duties include introductory, intermediate and advanced graphic design courses. The ability to teach both print and digital media is strongly preferred. Proficiency using the Macintosh platform and Adobe Creative Suite applications (primarily InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and preferably Flash and Dreamweaver) is expected. Additional duties include supervision of a graphic design computer lab. The applicant should possess at least three years of successful teaching experience. The applicant must indicate an understanding of teaching graphic design within the context of a Christian liberal arts institution.

Qualifications: MFA in Graphic Design or related field

Start Date: August 2012

Rank is dependent on experience and qualifications. The salary is competitive with Kansas private colleges.
