The U.S. Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches is composed of five districts:

• Central District:  MT, ND, SD, NE, MN
• Pacific District:  AZ, CA, OR, WA, UT
• Southern District:  CO, KS, OK, AR
• North Carolina District:  NC
• LAMB District:  TX

Note: The U.S. Conference of MB Churches also has two other churches located in the following cities:  Atlanta, Georgia; Bay Shore, New York (New York City).
