The U.S. Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches is divided regionally into five districts:
- Central District: MT, ND, SD, NE, MN
- Pacific District: AZ, CA, OR, WA, UT
- Southern District: CO, KS, OK, AR, MO
- North Carolina District: NC
- LAMB District: TX
Note: The U.S. Conference of MB Churches also has two other churches located in the following cities: Atlanta, Georgia; Bay Shore, New York (New York City).
