The scope of each church plant project is based on a 'flex model' of church planting. 'Flex' simply means that although there are definite plans and strategies that we use on a consistent basis, the working of the Holy Spirit must not to be hindered, and often that requires flexing to adapt to the leading of the Holy Spirit.
