  • Gotta Be Flexible

    The scope of each church plant project is based on a 'flex model' of church planting.  'Flex' simply means that although there are definite plans and strategies that we use on a consistent basis, the working of the Holy Spirit must not to be hindered, and it sometimes means that flexing to adapt to the leading of the Holy Spirit (flexing) is necessary.  (click title)

  • Baptisms and Church Planting Go Hand In Hand

    Planting churches results in many people trusting Jesus as their Lord and Savior and then following His teaching by professing their faith through baptism.  Those at left were baptized through the ministry of Eagle's Harbor Community Church in Clovis, CA.  Eagle's Harbor has witnessed 38 people come to salvation since their launch in September '08.  Continue reading ... David Olson writes in his book The American Church in Crisis, "Virtually every evangelical denomination has renewed its focus on church planting since 1990, expanding their systems and processes for starting new churches.  The result is higher survival rates and increased ministry fruitfulness from these new churches."
