Our Staff
Executive Director
Effective October 1, Ed
Boschman will be the new Executive Director for the
U.S. Conference.
Ed has spent a lifetime serving the church in a
variety of ministry roles. From 1978-1989 he served
as the founding and senior pastor of Laurelglen
Bible Church in Bakersfield CA, and is currently its
executive pastor. From 1989-1996 Ed was the senior
pastor of the Willow Park Church in Kelowna, British
Columbia. Ed served as the Executive Director of
Mission USA from 1996-2002 and was the moderator of
the North American Conference of Mennonite Brethren
Churches from 1995-1999. In addition Ed has served
as an adjunct faculty member at Fresno Pacific
University, MB Biblical Seminary and the Institute
for Archeological and Biblical Studies. Ed also acts
as a coach/mentor for leaders of church renewal and
church planters. Ed and his wife Carol live in
Bakersfield CA.

Administrative
Secretary--Donna Sullivan
Donna has been an employee of the U.S. Conference for
over 17 years. In the summer of 2004 she began serving
as the USC administrative secretary and works in her
office in Wichita, Kan. A list of her responsibilities
would stretch from sea to shining sea! Donna is the
person who knows all about the day-to-day operations
of our denomination. She and her husband, Tim, have
three children, Ryan and wife Jennifer, Joshua and wife
Sarah, and Melanie and one grandson, Shay.

Director,
Mission USA/Integrated Ministries--Don Morris
Don was called to this assignment in 2004 and works
out of an office in Edmond, Okla. Don was the pastor
at Pine Acres Church in Weatherford, Okla. for 12 years.
He helped this congregation move from a point of conflict
and struggle to become one of the healthiest Mennonite
Brethren Churches in the Southern District. Don’s work
focuses on planting new churches, church renewal and
the administration of Integrated Ministries. Don is
married to Janna and they have three children, Jami,
husband J.D. and granddaughter Alexa, Brian and wife
Lindsay, and Brady.

Editor,
Christian Leader--Connie Faber
Connie began serving as the editor of our denominational
magazine in 2004. She has been a staff member of the
Leader since 1994 and served two stints as interim editor.
It is obvious to all who meet Connie that she is very
committed to the church both in her home congregation
of Ebenfeld MB Church, Hillsboro, Kan., and the larger
Mennonite Brethren family. Connie is married to David
who teaches at Tabor College and is the mother of Amanda,
Becky and Harry. She works from our office in Hillsboro,
Kan.
