Church Health/Renewal:
We believe the local church can and should have an effective ministry for reaching the lost and transforming lives in our communities. The revamped national church health/renewal program is being designed to enhance that capacity, and assist the church in gaining future ministry health and vision. Following are the components of this initiative.
- CHAT Church Health Surveys (w/ consultation)
- LEAD ONE (leadership education and development) one-day, high-impact regional events
- LEAD Labs (1-2 hour church growth seminars for leadership teams)
- LEAD Coach a network of MCI (Ministry Coaching International) certified MB coaches assigned to pastors & churches for an agreed upon term.
- Peacemaker Ministries-based conflict resolution (trained facilitators available)
- On-Site Consultations (by agreement)
