The 6th reason for planting new churches:
New churches help keep a denomination thinking in new directions, providing fresh ideas and methods of doing ministry and evangelism that the other, older churches can incorporate into their ministries–to reach more people themselves. Just like kids and youth in families keep the parents on their toes, so do new young churches in the life of a denomination.
